ArgoOnline-WebAudit Sign-in Problems

Are you having problems signing in? Select from the list below of common problems and follow the instructions provided.

1. ARE YOU A NEW USER?
Sign up now to gain access to ArgoOnline-WebAudit. Please contact your Account Manager for futher detail.

2. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working for some reason, please contact your Acccunt Manager and a default password will be assigned to you. Make sure to provide your First and Last Name, ArgoOnline ID, the name of your company (Insured Name) and Policy Number.

3. FORGOT YOUR ArgoOnline ID?
You will need to have your exact ArgoOnline ID in order to sign in to your account.

  • ArgoOnline ID is usually the first letter of your first name and your last name. For example, if your name is "John Scott", your ArgoOnline ID is likely "jscott".
  • If you have forgotten your ArgoOnline ID, we'll be happy to remind you. All you need is contact contact your Account Manager and a default password will be assigned to you. Make sure to provide the name of your company (Insured Name) and Policy Number.
